programs Tech Group

The Phoenixville Tech Group is a free, supportive online community dedicated to helping older adults gain confidence with modern technology. Weekly virtual meetings offer a mix of structured presentations on topics such as cybersecurity, mobile apps, and cloud storage, along with open question-and-answer sessions with “Gadget Gurus.” Members can access a wide array of pro bono resources, including one-on-one assistance and specialized tutorials for Chromebooks, Windows, and Mobile Phones. The organization emphasizes a “members helping members” philosophy to bridge the digital divide and ensure that no one is left behind by rapid technological change. All services are designed to be accessible, moving at a deliberate pace to ensure everyone understands how to navigate their digital devices safely.

The group meets online Mondays from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Glenn Musser is the Group Facilitator.  The group is free and open to the public.
