• Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Fees: $5.00 per document, plus $2.00 for each additional signature.

Current government-issued photo ID required.  Applicants must provide any required witnesses.  Not authorized to perform notarization on behalf of the PA Department of Motor Vehicles.
