Mobile Home Tax Reassessment Program
United Way of Chester County, in partnership with Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, is offering assistance to mobile home owners in Chester County to file for property tax reassessment appeals.
U.S. Census Sample Invitation and Questionnaire
Joy Dvornicich, Parternship Specialist for Chester County with the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Census, provides these links to the sample invitation card that will be mailed out in March for the April 1st 2020 Census, and to sample Census questionnaires in English and Spanish.

New Phone Number for Those Experiencing Homelessness in Chester County
Effective December 12, the phone number for coordinated entry for anyone experiencing or at the risk of being homeless in Chester County will be 211. See info in the documents below:

New Opportunities for Reading Disabled and Dyslexic Pennsylvanians
The Pennsylvania Libraries for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH) in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia are now easing certification barriers for Pennsylvanians with dyslexia and other reading disabilities. Click here for more information.
