PA Governor’s “Stay at Home” Order to Mitigate COVID-19 Spread
Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine have issued “Stay at Home” orders for Chester and six other PA counties to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. See the announcement here.

Illegal Lockouts — Know Your Rights
In response to the coronavirus emergency, many courts are closed and no evictions are being processed at this time. As a result, landlords may attempt to remove tenants illegally for nonpayment of rent or other reasons.
Legal Aid of Southeastern PA can help you to file an emergency petition with the courts. Below is a know your rights form in English and Spanish with more details.

The flu is widespread throughout the US with CDC estimates that so far this season, there have been at least 32 million flu illnesses, 310,000 hospitalizations and 18,000 deaths from flu.
They recommend that all children and adults aged 6 months and older still get their flu vaccine to not only protect from flu illness/severity but to help rule it out if they are being screened for COVID-19. Flu has been especially hard on children and young adults this year. Pediatric deaths through 2/22 totaled 125.
