Guest beds will be reserved each night until they have been placed in long-term shelter, transitional or permanent housing. Guests who miss a night at the Center without prior notification will forfeit their bed.

All guests will be required to call 211, complete a SPDAT assessment, and work towards housing/placement.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

  • All guests will be required to wear a mask in the Center at ALL TIMES. No exceptions.
    • All individuals entering the Center (including staff, guests, and volunteers) will be subject to temperature check and health questionnaire.
  • Anyone presenting symptoms, including fever, will be required to go to the Hospital or Healthcare provider to take a COVID-19 test. Re-admittance to the Center will not be allowed until proof of negative test results (within 24hrs) are provided.

We understand that these changes present challenges for everyone. We are working hard to ensure the health and safety of our guests, staff, and volunteers. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your partnership and support as we move forward into one of the most challenging seasons yet.
