There will be a special meeting of the Phoenixville Public Library Board of Trustees on Monday, November 28 at 6:00 PM in the Harrop Room of the Library to discuss budget and approve statements from October, as well as the Board Resource Committee's announcement of the PSERS letter determination. Phoenixville Public Library is now collecting empty inkjet printer cartridges for recycling. The Library receives up to $4.00 for each cartridge recycled.
