New Opportunities for Reading Disabled and Dyslexic Pennsylvanians
The Pennsylvania Libraries for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH) in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia are now easing certification barriers for Pennsylvanians with dyslexia and other reading disabilities. Click here for more information.

Non-Partisan Voters Guide Available at Adult Circulation Desk
The League of Women Voters of Chester County has compiled a non-partisan voters guide to the November 5th General Election. Reference copies of the guide, in English and Spanish, are available for in-Library use at the Adult Library Circulation Desk.
Free Concert Tickets Available
