The Chester County Health Department announces that residents of Chester County ages 16 and older can pre-register for COVID-19 vaccine at chesco.org/covidvaccine. If you are age 65+ and previously completed the form, you do NOT need to submit the form again – the Department has your information. If you are age 16-64 with a high-risk medical condition (see form for list of conditions) and you previously submitted your information, please submit the form again.
