Appointment Hours:

• Mondays & Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesdays: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Wednesdays: 2:00 – 4:30 PM

Fees: $5.00 per document, plus $2.00 for each additional signature.

Current government-issued photo ID required.  Applicants must provide any required witnesses.
